Conduct market studies and track competitors’ activities.

Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with municipal corporations, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
Visit consultants, developers, and end-users to explore business opportunities and conduct site surveys.
Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
